Kerri Dameron brings a lifetime of deep, inner questing to her
career as a Professional Life Coach and Dream Analyst. Early in her life, she realized that her dreams held profound
meaning for her and she began recording them almost as soon as she could write. Throughout her life, she has recognized
the significance of symbolic language, the language of the Soul, that is present in both sleeping and waking life in clearly
finding one’s way on the spiritual path. With the addition of coaching to her 15 year practice in dreamwork, Kerri
helps her clients take the insight found in their dreams and supports them to use that wisdom to make profound changes in
their lives.
A pioneer in the field of dreamwork, Kerri believes that only the dreamer truly knows what her
dreams mean, therefore her approach is to ask empowering questions which unravel the symbolic content within her client’s
dreams so that they can access their own deep knowing where all the answers lie for every aspect of their lives.
In addition to her training in one of the top Coaching Institutes in the country (iPEC), Kerri is a Certified Jungian Archetypal
Psychotherapist, and a Fellow with The American Psychotherapy Association. As a psychotherapist specializing exclusively
in dreamwork in Denver, she served as Administrative Director of Avalon Institute, Boulder from 1995 to 1999, counseled private
clients in the interpretation of dreams, directed on-going dream analysis groups and taught community classes in basic dream
interpretation. She was a Presenter at the Annual Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Conference in Snowmass, CO in 2000
and again in Breckenridge, CO in 2001. She also served as the primary speaker at the annual A.R.E. Convention in Denver
in 2002 and has been featured on both public television and radio programs as an expert in the field of dreamwork. She
is often requested as a speaker on the subject of dreams at numerous clubs, groups and organizations.
Kerri’s
other loves include knitting, spinning and weaving, which she taught for 6 years as the owner of her yarn shop, The Red Wheel
in Castle Rock and Franktown, Colorado. On her 40 acres in Colorado, she raised sheep and cooked on an 1863 woodstove
which she learned to do as a historic site interpreter at the Littleton Historical Museum, 1993 – 1998. Born and
bred a Texan, she and her husband moved to Austin in 2007 and are glad to be home!
